Christmas Cards... 2011

I don't usually advertise (other than a shout out on Facebook or something) that I do Christmas Cards... but I do them. It is fun. I love these simple designs that bring in the Christmas Cheer! I usually just do family and once and awhile for friends. This year I did my neighbors. She is having a baby just after Christmas.

And here is one that I did for my Brother. Their son is on a mission... so using multiple pictures was a good way to highlight the whole family.

And... our very own.
We lost our pictures from our Europe vacation (hard drive gone bad), but had posted some to Facebook. So they had to be used SUPER small to high quality for printing. I had to think about that for design purposes. :) But I was happy with how it turned out. Would never know that is why we had small pics.

YW Subway Art

NOTE: If you would like a copy of this file, I am willing to send it to anyone who wants it for a small fee of $5.00 for 8x10.
If you want a 16x20 it is $8.00.
Please send a email to christina(dot)marcano(at)hotmail(dot)com
Thanks!

This was a subway art for a YW activity, I think it was for their new beginnings. :) They wanted it done in black and white so that they could be printed for each girl. Really fun to do, and also a challenge. I felt like all the words were really important. When she got her file she said...
"I absolutely love everything!"
— Jordan S. {Client}

I was so happy that she liked it. We also did cupcake toppers. I will have to see if she got a picture of them all put together. :)

Baby Stats Subway Art

This was a fun little baby gift to make for my cute neighbor,
we were neighbors growing up... and now were neighbors again. :)
She had pinned something similar to pinterest, so I thought it would be fun to surprise her with one.
Lucky for me she'd posted his stats on Facebook, so it was easy to keep it a surprise.

Andre and Tori!

My favorite friend named Andre is getting MARRIED.
They tried to design their own announcement... but it wasn't working.
So, at the last minute they asked me to do it for them.
:) The result... they were happy.
Please get a designer to help you with your announcement, you can tell the difference.

Tori is from France... so the back of the invite was done in French. So pretty.

Royer Family Rules Subway Art

My cute neighbor from where I grew up contact me and asked to do a subway style family rules poster for her. It was fun to put together. I did a couple versions for her. I don't know which she used, but my personal favorite is the one above.

Let me know if you want one too!

Kristi and Jake

I was so excited when Kristi asked me to help with her announcement. I loved that she wanted something black. :)

She also asked me to design the temple info card.

And to make life simple we made a little card to let people know where she was registered.

HAPPY WEDDING KRISTI!!

2010 family christmas card designs

I often design family members Christmas Cards... Here are some that I did this last Christmas.
Christmas is already come and gone. WOW! That was too fast.

I love Christmas, but it is a busy time. We never even got these printed. I think I did maybe send one to my parents. LOL. Funny thing is I did several designs for myself, spent a lot of time trying to be fancy. Ended up with this simple design as my final choice. This picture was from when we went to Venezuela. Good times. Great memories. I got to meet Cruz's family... a definite highlight of the year.

Here is the one for my brother Alan and Family.
Alan often sends his work clients a Christmas card via email... great option, when you get the file with your card.

And for my oldest brother Joe and Fam...
Ironically we all chose really simple designs this year. Maybe it was a trend.

Hope your Christmas was Happy.
